Only by looking after our Clients in this way will we develop and maintain our position as a highly respected organisation and the source for reliable structural advice.

Rivergate recognises the importance of its staff in maintaining this standard. We actively work towards training and maintaining quality staff, and strive to achieve a positive and supportive working environment to stimulate and promote the development of high calibre innovative and reliable team members.

Structural design and detailing can be intensely hard work and mentally draining; it is only by the dedication of our staff that allows Rivergate Consultants to achieve and maintain the position of respect we have earned.
