The Client had recently aquired this property and was proposing to upgrade and renovate it for onward renting out in due course. Our role was to quickly and efficiently provide sizes for the steel beams and mark these onto the architects layout drawing.

We have worked alongside PBM Architectrual Design for many years and were able to use their plans, elevations and sections to determine the necessary structural information. | ||||
| We were subsequently asked to help with modifications and strengthening to the roof when the developere decided to remove the chimneys. | |||||
