A development of apartments over three stores with the upper storey within the roof zone made possible by the use of cranked steel frames.
The structure comprises timber rafters on steel beams all supported on load bearing masonry walls. Upper floors are precast concrete planks supported on cross walls and intermediate steel beams as necessary. Foundations are traditional strip foundations.
